Facilities Master Planning
 Chinn Planning, Inc. offers extensive national expertise in government facility master planning and programming. Our understanding of government operations and service and staffing requirements provides the basis for development of short and long-range space utilization plans. Chinn Planning, Inc. has completed operational assessments and space programs for criminal and juvenile justice, law enforcement, administrative, social services, health care, and mental health agencies and facilities. These programs include space allocation for each component, including net and gross square footage requirements, and adjacency diagrams to illustrate the ideal relationships among spaces. Space programs developed by Chinn Planning, Inc. have been the basis for both new construction and renovation of existing buildings.
